A new ECC Report from WGRA

WGRA at its 19th meeting (26-29 January 2010, Tromsø, Norway) approved ECC Report 137 on ’introducing greater flexibility in the current regulatory structure with a view to taking forward convergence and harmonisation in the ECC’.

The Report investigate issues associated with applying more flexible spectrum management models in the current regulatory framework.
