74th WG FM meeting (23-27 April 2012, Bern, Switzerland) considered doc FM(12)073 from the Office which reviews the current situation with the coordination of radio amateur issues by the Office and proposes to create a Forum Group on radio amateur issues within WG FM.

WG FM agreed to establish within its structure a Forum Group on radio amateur issues (RAFG) and approved its Terms of Reference (ToR) (see the ToR in the main menu of the RAFG's webpage). Mr. Alexander Gulyaev, ECO, was appointed as the Chairman of RAFG.
