The European Communications Office (ECO) is launching a call for tender to undertake a project on behalf of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on satellite radio monitoring (SAT MoU). The SAT MoU is looking for experts, in the field of Satellite Geolocation Process. More info here.
