SEAMCAT is developed in Java. The source codes are open source.

The only condition for obtaining a copy of the SEAMCAT source code is to sign a special Source Code User Licence Agreement and deliver it to ECO (either by fax, email or mail post) to the following address seamcat@eco.cept.org

• Procedure to get the SEAMCAT source code 
• Download the License Agreement 
• As soon as you have been granted access to the source code, you can download it from the "meeting documents" area
• The latest installation manual of the source code can also be found in the "meeting documents"area (Description on how to run seamcat with Ant and Eclipse)

So Remember, it is a 2 step process

• Step 1: Signed the license agreement
• Step 2: register to this group

(Note: if you have omitted one of these steps, you will not be granted access to the source code)
