At the 51^st ECC plenary meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria, it was agreed that correspondence group would be established on the 2020 -2025 ECC Strategic plan. This is allow interested parties to feed in ideas relating to the development of the strategic plan. Please see section 14 in the minutes 51st ECC meeting (ECC(19)081) for details.

This is to establish the correspondance group.

Dear all,

Following the discussions at the 51^st ECC plenary meeting, the ECC Chariman has developed the attached document to seek input on the development of the ECC Strategic Plan 2020-2025. The document is to  spark ideas and contributions by asking for responses to specific questions.

Please provide your responses or any other comments in to this correspondence group.
